WHO CAN BECOME A MEMBER OF ICSID?
Icsid is an organisation whose membership is made up of other organisations.  This means that individual people are not members, but the organisations they belong to are. A membership application must therefore  come from an organisation itself and not from a third party. To check if you are already part of an Icsid member organisation, consult our Member listing or your design organisation directly. Icsid membership benefits will be available to you through them.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS IN THE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS?
Membership applications are processed by the Manager of membership Services. All relevant information is reviewed and a recommendation is made for admission to the Executive Board. Input from existing Icsid members is considered when preparing the recommendation. The Executive Board then makes a decision as to whether to grant provisional approval to the application. Provisional membership is then ratified at the General Assembly.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BE A MEMBER OF ICSID?
Members of Icsid pay an annual membership fee. The fee is calculated based upon the information that is received in the application form. You will receive information on the amount of the fee in the early stages of the application process. The membership fee invoices are issued in November and are due by March 31st of each year.

Icsid does not offer grants to support design projects.

DO I HAVE TO BE AN ICSID MEMBER TO PROMOTE AND SHARE INFORMATION ABOUT AN EVENT TO THE ICSID NETWORK?
You do not need to be a member to send Icsid information about your event. Send event information to news@icsid.org. Icsid also endorses events depending on the nature and type of the event.
