The Senate consists of active Past Presidents of the Icsid Executive Board. Icsid Senators contribute a broad range of knowledge and experience to the ongoing development of the organisation.
Icsid is governed by eleven honorary board members mandated to further Icsid's mission, as well as to sustain and develop the organisation in order to elevate member services and solidify Icsid's global role.
An overview of past Icsid leaders since the first board was appointed in 1957. From humble beginnings, these individuals have nurtured Icsid into the organisation we know today.
Former Icsid Executive Board Members are appointed as Icsid Regional Advisors to strengthen the regional presence of Icsid and to improve and widen the delivery of services to Icsid's Members.
Under the direction of the Executive Board, the Secretariat team manages the daily operations of the organisation and is responsible for the implementation of Icsid's many projects.
