El Bosque University was founded in 1977 and its Industrial Design department was founded in 2002. Throughout the years it has consolidated its physical, academic and scientific development.

We are recognized nationally and internationally for our contributions to knowledge, the quality of our programs, and the excellent performance of our graduates. We have bio-psychosocial as the model to approach that leads all of our activities.

Our undergraduate and postgraduate programs have updated curriculums according to the latest technological and scientific advances; they also have been enriched with humanistic, bioethical and investigative components. We aim to contribute to the country’s development through specific strategies framed on our teaching, investigating and extension activities.
