9 Spots "Mobile Global Eye"  gives the blind an opportunity to take advantage of the convenience of modern communication technologies. It aims to establish a humanistic communication platform between the blind and society.



With the nine-square grid interface, the operation is restricted to nine points. Meantime, it uses a central point and tracks to guide the fingers of the blind, facilitating recognition and operation of the blind. The video function enables the others to see the pictures shot by the product.



The distant assistance to the blind is realised resorting to the platform of "Motion Global Eye" developed by China Telecom and the visual conversation. This product is handy with a sole operative, manifesting designer's care and social responsibility to the blind.

9 Spots "Mobile Global Eye" was designed by the Shanghai Research Institute of China Telecom Corporation Limited and China Bridge International. The team was assembled for designing and developing China telecom electronic products like cell phone and gateway. The members coming from products design division of China Telecom Co. Ltd. and China Bridge International jointly change of product engineering, researching, outlook designing, etc.
