About the design

This concept car is designed for the "QUICK" group. In future society of China, the "QUICK" group will be a member of the "humble abode".  The "QUICK" group is made of primarily by single white-collars and partially by small or dink families. Since this group generally features short working time after graduation, limited purchasing power, great need of apartments and dependence on parents for the first payment, they choose suburb apartments which are not very expensive and have inconvenient traffic as they are far away from the downtown.

Amphibious features
The most distinctive feature of this design lies in that the car can be turned into a plane to fly in the sky once the operation is changed to the flying mode through transformation. This mode change is also very simple: just upturn the two front wheels sideways and turn the two back wheels outside. In this way, people in the car could arrive at their destination very quickly and enjoy the pleasant flight meanwhile.

Special wheels
Integration of the propeller into the back wheels endues the vehicle with two distinct mobile modes. While running on land, it is a super cool and stunning racing car; and when it spreads out its back wheels and starts its propeller, it can fly along a special air route.

Flying station
A flying station serves not only a transit depot for the taking-off of the car, but also a charger for the car by the use of the solar ceiling in order to guarantee the smooth operation of the car.

About the designers

Pan Jiazhi was born in June 1987, graduated from South China University Of Technology, and majoring in industrial design. During the school term, he participated in several teacher's product development projects, and gain scholarships and award of design competition.

Zhu Wenxi was born in July 1986, studying in South China University of Technology, and majoring in industrial design. During the college, he has participated in business cooperation projects, and the team which he joined had access to the car seat for utility model patents. Now he has joined the SCUT Racing of FSAE, being in charge of the styling design of F1 racing.

Lai Zexin was born in August 1988, studying in South China University of Technology, majoring in industrial design. During the college, he was a campus ambassador of Autodesk. And he has participated in many business cooperation projects like RV, stroller and harvesters .The RV program has been put into the adoption and the team which he joined had access to the car seat for utility model patents. Now he has joined the SCUT Racing of FSAE, being in charge of the styling design of F1 racing.
