About the design

HxO is a hydrogen-powered concept car and its energy entirely from light. HxO is composed of two large spherical wheels and two small spherical wheels, which makes it a spindle urban car. Those two large spherical wheels are used as storehouse for batteries and water make use of space more efficient.

HxO is used as a virtual space for lease. The customer search and lease HxO through the 3G network, and bank payment through mobile. Concept vehicles are equipped with driver assistance systems, intelligent traffic management systems and three-dimensional interactive map of systems integration, which will provide extremely accurate and safe automated driving functions by 3G network. After their own customers getting to the nearest stop, HxO will activity during this period and immediately displayed in the customer's cell phone.

Customers can personally experience the HxO fun, and HxO can store records driver's custom. When it is rush hour traffic in urban areas, the control center will send signals to synchronize the HxOs through a communication network in order to achieve the most smooth urban traffic conditions.

Due to the auto-driving system, the passengers will be able to have more time to interact with each other. At this moment, HxO makes a new space for the customer, which can be customized by the passengers, has diversified automotive entertainment systems and provide members a richer driving experience by the car interior lighting.

Wang Yanchao was born in February 1988, graduated from Shandong University of Crafts and Arts. Won The Grand Awards of The First "Science & Future" International Concept Car Design Contest at 2010.Won Bronze Award of Fourth China Hardware Products Industrial Design Contest at 2009. Won Award for Nomination of The 12th National University Students Master Designer Award at 2009.Won Award for Nomination of The 3rd "Hunt Key Cup" Computer Case Creative Design Competition at 2009.Won Award for Nomination of The 11th national games of the People's Republic of China Torch Style Solicitation at 2009.2008-2009 majored in 2010 Shanghai World Expo design team of Shandong Pavilion. Design products for brands such as MUJI, SUPOR, BUICK during college time. Submit designs as the key members of the torch style design team of Shandong College of Crafts and Arts.
