It's superior ruggedness and ergonomic design is intended for demanding outdoor applications such as parcel/post, field service, direct store deliver, and transportation & logistics. The MC9500 embodies Motorola's system-level approach to design by considering not only the device, but the entire product ecosystem. Major innovations such as its battery management system, universal accessory interface, and unique approach to device management in the back room are the result of MC9500's design-led development process.
