Hakan Telışık: Hakan Telışık has a strong interest in automobiles and shaped the rest of his education in this field. He studied at automotive department of technical college at the University of Kocaeli. He completed his associate degree as second ranked among others in 1999. In 2004, he graduated as a top student from Kırıkkale University,mechanical engineering department.
He worked at an animation company during high school. After university, he worked for Sarco Motorsport and afterwards, IBS Motorsport as a technical consultant with Işık Ünal, who is a mechanical engineer. He is still working for Hidromek as a Hidromek StilStudyo Team Leader.

Zeliha Uyurca: Zeliha UYURCA entered the department of Industrial Design at METU and graduated from METU, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Industrial design in 2007.
Zeliha UYURCA who started her career by working for Nurus Office Furniture worked for Vestel Home Appliances Company for designing new generation products as an industrial designer. She has been working for Hidromek since 2009 at Hidromek StilStudyo department.

Okay Gökel: Okay Gökel graduated from Anadolu University, School of Industrial Arts, Department of Industrial Design. He started his career by working as an industrial designer for Hisarlar Group till 2009. Since 2010, he has been working for Hidromek as an industrial designer at Hidromek StilStudyo department.

Sevilay Turgut: Sevilay Turgut graduated from Gazi University, faculty of Technical Education and department of manufacturing education. After receiving her bachelor degree, she got her master degree from Gazi University, Institute of Science and department of mechanical education. After working as a contractual instructor at a technical college for two years, she started to work for Hidromek as a construction designer in 2008. She has also published a book, Solidworks, in 2009.

Mustafa Hilmi Gökçe: Mustafa Hilmi Gökçe completed a technical draftman education, found interest in automotives and graduated from automotive department of technical college at the University of Kocaeli. He started his career at Sportscar Spor Oto Tasarım ve İmalat Ltd that produces handmade sport cars. Then, he worked for BMC Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. He's been working for Hidromek at Hidromek Stilstudyo department as mechanical designer since 2007.

Müslüm Ersoy: Müslüm Ersoy completed his educational life in Mersin. He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University in 1993 as a technical draftman. He is still continuing his university education at Anadolu University at department of Business Administrator.
He had worked for ÇUMİTAŞ Çukurova Mak. İm.Tic. AŞ for 4 years as a technical draftman between in 1993 and 1997. After finishing his military service, he had started to work for TEMSA-KOMATSU (Construction Machines Group) as a technical draftman. Between 2002 and 2003, he worked as a technicians for KSG Makine İmalat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. After few years, he had begun to work as constructional draftman for Temsa again until 2005. In 2005, he has returned back to heavy construction machines industry as a chief of Ür-Ge. He has been working for Hidromek A.Ş. since 2009 as mechanical designer.

Abdullah Çömek: Abdullah Çömek graduated from Gazi University, department of Mechanical Education in 2007. In 2008, he started to work for a construction machine company for two years as a mechanical designer. He has been working for Hidromek A.Ş. as a mechanical designer since in August in 2010.

About the design
Gen Series was designed with the understanding of "Creating Operator of Hidromek" to make users feel comfortable and relaxed like working at office and running the machine without any difficulty. Joysticks, heated-air suspension seat and adjustable armrest are designed to be adjusted separately from each other with the conception of Hidromek Operator that must be able to control whole machine from his/her seat ergonomically and comfortably. Most important and unique design feature of Gen series is Opera (Operator Interface). Opera is a compact control unit that gathers throttle level, menu-working settings, illumination-wiper and audio systems functions together. Beside this, for comfortable working conditions, automatic air conditioned systems is located inside the cab. Therefore, operator can follow the machine functions and backside view through a camera from TFT display. Operator can both follow the basic functions from this display and change the setting from menu. Many mechanical values is being used in excavators like other construction machines. By using modern and dynamics forms with design tricks and color options, visual completeness is aimed to be achieved.Prize

Hidromek StilStüdyo: Hidromek StilStudyo was founded in 2005 with the passion of making difference in design. StilStudyo won Design Turkey Superior award with Maestro Series that was designed in 2008 as a first design project at Hidromek backhoe-loader product. Hidromek StilStudyo reflects its understanding of making difference in design that began with Maestro Series that is a very succesfull product both in Turkey and around the abroad. Gen Series released to the market in 2010 is the latest product of this conception. Hidromek StilStudyo meets the ergonomic and aesthetic requirements of the firm by firstly designing cab of the machines. Hidromek StilStüdyo is a team of 7 people.e:
