The company was founded in 2005 as an "Individual Businessman" in Russia, located in the Southern Russia city of Nalchik. In 2011, the legal status was changed to a Joint Stock Company with its legal sit in Armavir, Krasnodarsky Krai (Southern Russia).

Currently the company is working on new designs for mobile data and voice communication. In regard to mobile data communication they've designed a new technology, as well as a new consumer handset. Focused on fashionable and ergonomic handset design, as well as to achieve a very competitive sales price for such handsets
