The Philippines doesn’t have an innovative R&D based company nor does it have an Industrial Design Firm Industry. Thousands of ID graduates end up as freelance or working in a different fields. This is why we started Inovent. We wanted to champion Innovative Philippine Ideas & to help build the Industrial Design Industry in the Philippines. It took us 3 years to develop the right team. And only this January of 2007, did we finally start doing business. Now, our challenge is to educate the business community of the Philippines about the importance of ID and what we do.
