An organisation or consultancy whose activities are consistent with the aims and objectives of Icsid may be admitted as an associate member.

Associate members may attend the General Assembly with two representatives, but have no voting rights.  Therefore members in this pillar demonstrate their support for and association with Icsid, but do not play an active role in decision making at the General Assembly.
