APCI - DESIGNING DESIGN SUPPORT
Paris (France) - The
Agency for the Promotion of Industrial Design (APCI) will host the
launch of the Icsid 50 celebrations in conjunction with its annual
design promotion conference on 8-9 January 2007. The
conference this year is entitled ‘Designing Design Support’ and will
address the many challenges involved in design promotion, in an effort
to analyse its position and future directions in Europe and beyond. Download the programme of events.
Icsid has a very special link with the city of Paris (being officially registered here and operating its first Secretariat at 17 Quai Voltaire) and is delighted to be celebrating the launch of Icsid 50 in partnership with its long-standing member, APCI. Icsid will join the design conference, in addition to attending a reception at City Hall with the Mayor of Paris and an interactive discussion forum with another Icsid member, Les Ateliers (l’Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Création Industrielle).
