DESIGNING POLITICS – THE POLITICS OF DESIGN
IFG Ulm is once again inviting entries for its promotional programme on the topic of »Designing politics – The politics of design«. A sum of EUR 50,000 is available to be awarded, and above and beyond that the award-winning projects will be supported by mentors at IFG Ulm.
Architects and designers and researchers from those and related disciplines can submit their project applications through the IFG Ulm website from January 31 to March 31, 2007.
In 2006, IFG Ulm received 97 applications from 26 countries. In a multi-stage, transparent process, 3 projects from Jerusalem, Johannesburg and New York City were selected for awards. The high level of international interest and the high quality of the applications submitted showed that IFG Ulm has closed a gap with this programme and its focus. For that reason, the programme is being re-opened in 2007.
