Barcelona (Spain) - Product design, interior design and architecture professionals and students who have already submitted their application for the third edition of the International Roca Design Contest 2008-2009 have until 13 March 2009 to submit their designs online.

"Jump the gap," launched by Roca, leader in the bathroom business worldwide, and Icsid Promotional Member BCD (Barcelona Design Centre), is aimed at creative people who think towards the future while designing today.

The organisers are looking for designs that can bring forth their vision of conceptually innovative bathroom products and solutions: new products, new spaces and/or new uses and functions.

One project will receive a grand prize valued at €5,000 and up to nine more projects will receive a diploma.

Roca will present the winning project and the selected ones during 100% Design London in 2009 (United Kingdom).
