Meet the Design2050 Studio leaders: video interviews now online

Singapore - In preparation for the 2009 Icsid World Design Congress this November, the organising committee has released a series of video interviews with select Design Leaders of the Design2050 Studios. These short videos outline the projects that each of the Design Studio Leaders will spearhead in the upcoming months prior to the Congress.

The "Design2050 Studios", commissioned by the DesignSingapore Council, are interactive mini-symposia, led by world-renowned creative experts. In the coming months, each Design Leader will lead a small multidisciplinary team in imagining, conceptualising and visualising a Design2050 Proposition. At the 2009 Icsid World Design Congress, each Design2050 Studio will present, discuss and then refine their envisioned scenarios in partnership with delegates.

Congress participants are invited to transform these ideas into practical realities. The global public will also be able to contribute to inventing the future during open "ringside crowd-sourcing" sessions, and on-line social media forums.

To find out more about the Design2050 Studio topics, take a look at the videos below.
