Although originally intended as just a one-off subject for novum plus, it seems that low budget will be with us for some time to come. It is one of the biggest challenges facing the creative world. We hope that the successful ideas we feature in our 24-page novum plus section on the subject will encourage designers to make the most out of little means. But so far designers have been asked to just produce good interpretations, now they are looked to as the compass which will point out the way forward.
