VOICES OF DESIGN
An intimate and interactive discussion with Icsid Senators

Voices of Design was an interactive discussion forum looking back at the development of industrial design over the past 50 years. In collaboration with the University of Montreal, Voices of Design was a premiere event presenting the visions and experiences of five of Icsid's Senators, who have emulated the many voices of our own Members during the past five decades. The panelists presented their views on the future of design in the world.

- Prof. Carlos Hinrichsen – Current President-Elect, Professor and Director of School of Design, Insituto Profesional DuocUC of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile
Moderators
- Dr. Mark Breitenberg – Icsid Board Member (Chair of Education Committee), Dean of Undergraduate Education at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena
- Luc Courchesne – Director Faculty of Environmental Design, School of Industrial Design at the University of Montreal
The event was also a demonstration of the commitment Icsid has to elevating the role of the Icsid Senate in raising the profile of the organization and using the experience of our past to move our organization forward.
